Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a CIPP Superintendent to supervise crews across pipe rehabilitation projects. You will diagnose and repair equipment with support from Fleet, help Project Managers develop installation plans, and enforce safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, 5+ years of supervisory construction experience, and willingness to travel up to 80% (including some weekends). A CDL and MS Office skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years supervisory construction experience preferred.
• Experience installing 8”–48”+ CIPP liner preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80% including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities across pipe rehabilitation projects.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures with Fleet Director assistance.
• Assist Project Manager in developing installation plans.
• Ensure work follows safety policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and secure the site daily.
• Communicate with project management and operations teams.
• Report time and production for crew and prepare schedules.
• Account for crew hours to minimize labor cost.
