Job summary

B&F Contracting, Inc. is hiring a CIPP Laborer to support skilled crafts on Tucson field projects. You will assist with CIPP installation, follow the foreman’s directions, and maintain site safety while handling tools and materials.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift heavy weights, and willingness to work outdoors in Arizona heat with PPE. OSHA 10 certification is a plus and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Willingness to wear required PPE (hard hat, eye protection, reflective vest, gloves, boots).
Ability to stand and exert physical effort most of the day.
Strong focus on safety, quality, accountability, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of CIPP, including installing packers in manholes.
Follow foreman directions to perform tasks such as driving, digging, lifting, measuring, and reading prints.
Maintain a clean, secure job site and secure tools/equipment daily.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle/equipment inspections.
Adhere to company code of conduct and OSHA regulations.
Work with safety to avoid hazards around utilities and traffic.
