Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior CIAM Lead in Illinois to design and deliver customer identity solutions, including registration, authentication, MFA and passwordless flows. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, manage client relationships at executive level, shape CIAM strategy and roadmaps, and drive delivery across digital channels.

Travel 25%–100% may be required as projects demand. You will partner with security and identity platforms like Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Identity & Access Management experience with CIAM focus.
• 6+ years delivering end-to-end CIAM implementations and leading design/delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong stakeholder management required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of CIAM solutions transforming customer authentication and consent across digital channels.
• Shape CIAM strategy, roadmaps, and target architectures; manage production cutover.
• Collaborate with project teams, alliance partners, and client executives to deliver stand-out CIAM offerings.
• Develop and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, budget, risk, and quality.
• Grow client relationships and articulate CIAM value in business outcomes.
