Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Phoenix seeks a skilled CIAM Delivery Engineer to support onboarding of customer-facing apps onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity. You will design authentication journeys and implement SSO, MFA, and identity protocols across web, mobile, and API-based applications.

The role requires hands-on experience with CIAM platforms, strong troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Strivacity tenant configuration, authentication and journey design, and application onboarding.
• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
• Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
• Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.
