Job summary

RRD is seeking a Site Quality Management Lead to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the site. You will lead high-impact projects to optimize cost, quality, and operations while mentoring staff and embedding sustainable best practices.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, interpreting ISO and cgmp/SOC2+ guidance, and act as the key driver of operational excellence within the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Able to analyze complex problems and identify critical elements and solutions.
• Strong business acumen and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads QMS leadership, ensuring ISO and corporate quality standard compliance
• Provides root cause analysis and CAPA support to site leadership
• Reviews CAPAs and incidents to minimize recurrence risk
• Oversees internal audits and QMS metrics, reports findings at management reviews
• Develops advanced process improvements to cut cost, improve quality and efficiency
• Leads improvement projects including EHS and sustainability programs
• Ensures training requirements are met and resources are trained
• Maintains documentation and record retention compliance
