Job summary

Marvin Composites is hiring an Industrial Project Manager in Fargo, ND to lead and coordinate maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, scopes of work, and documentation while partnering with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and contractors to move projects forward.

You’ll drive continuous improvement to improve equipment reliability, strengthen processes, and support safe, effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering.
• Experience managing projects in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance and engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, scopes of work and documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, operations and contractors.
