Job summary

Marvin Composites is hiring an Industrial Project Manager at our Fargo, ND location. You will lead and coordinate maintenance engineering projects spanning equipment, facility, utility, and safety improvements, managing timelines, budgets, scopes of work, contractors, and documentation.

You will partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and other teams to move projects from planning through completion, driving reliability while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance engineering projects from planning through completion.
• Manage timelines, budgets, scopes of work, contracts, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and other teams to move projects forward.
• Improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
