Job summary

SystImmune, Inc. in Bothell, WA is seeking a Senior Research Associate in Cell Science to lead CHO cell line development and related assays.

You will generate and characterize stable cell lines, support expression of antibody formats, and deliver high‑quality data to advance ongoing cancer programs. The role requires hands-on cell biology expertise, strong documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration with Protein Engineering and Process Development teams in a fast‑paced early‑stage R&D

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience with a bachelor’s, or 3+ years with a master’s.
• Strong background in mammalian cell biology and CHO cell culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop CHO cell lines for antibody expression.
• Perform transfection, clone selection, single-cell cloning, and productivity screening.
• Collaborate with Protein Engineering and Process Development to deliver data.
