Qualifications

• B.S in a life science field with 2+ years of relevant experience in cell culture.
• 1–2 years hands-on mammalian cell culture experience; aseptic technique required.
• Familiarity with cell line development, stable/transient transfection, screening and characterization.
• Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic mammalian cell culture across multiple lines (e.g., CHO, HEK293).
• Support maintenance, passaging, expansion, and cryopreservation of cell lines.
• Assist cell line development workflows including transfection and clone selection.
• Contribute to cell-based in vitro assays for antibody screening and characterization.
• Maintain meticulous records and communicate findings in meetings.
• Help optimize processes for productivity and quality.
