Qualifications

• Strong background in molecular biology with CHO expression systems.
• Ability to design vector and host cell experiments and interpret results.
• Experience with transfection, cell culture, and analytical readouts.
• Ability to read literature and propose experimental approaches.
• Excellent scientific communication and data-record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conceive CHO expression improvements across vector and host cell.
• Design and test multiple vector constructs to increase mAb titer.
• Perform transfections and clone generation; collect quality data.
• Operate instruments like Octet, ViCell, CloneSelect Imager; maintain equipment.
• Integrate genomic context with expression biology and document results.
• Prepare reports and present data to teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and standards.
