Job summary

You will mentor apprentices and technicians, uphold safety standards, and ensure customer satisfaction on all assignments. The role requires 10+ years as a Commercial Chiller Technician, strong boiler and burner controls knowledge, EPA certification, and a valid Colorado license.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Chiller Technician.
• Current Universal EPA certification.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• Proven leadership ability with a positive, team‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and commission Chillers and HVAC systems.
• Lead, mentor, and train apprentices and technicians.
• Review scopes, plan materials, and coordinate resources for projects.
• Document work and maintain knowledge of manufacturer procedures.
