Custom Mechanical Solutions in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Chiller Service Technician to perform inspections and maintenance on industrial chillers and related HVAC systems. The role requires customer service orientation and coordination with Project Managers and Service Coordinators.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HVACR experience, EPA Universal Certification, OSHA 10, and Multistack/Airstack knowledge, with the ability to work independently, including nights/weekends for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HVACR service technician in a commercial environment.
• Current HVAC certification and OSHA 10 certification required.
• Multistack/Airstack knowledge required.
• EPA Universal Certification and/or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance and repair of industrial mechanical systems including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and air handling units.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical components; obtain parts and calibrate systems per manufacturer specs.
• Oversee installation and operation of mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Service Coordinators, and customers; prepare documentation and reports.
