Wage Range: $40–$55 per hour (DOE)

The Chiller Technical Team Lead is responsible for advanced service, troubleshooting, repair, startup, and commissioning of HVAC systems. This role serves as a technical leader in the field, providing mentorship, training, and day‑to‑day direction to apprentices and technicians while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across assigned projects.
