Responsibilities

• Lead program agent on an assigned child support case team; engage families for success.
• Manage the most complex cases across Locate, Establishment, Court, Enforcement, Interstate, and Review & Adjustment.
• Provide training/orientation for Specialists on procedures and compliance actions.
• May testify in court and perform compliance reviews within districts.
