Responsibilities

• Interprets laws, policies and regulations as applied to a specific area of responsibility.
• Interviews and assesses customer needs and related factors.
• Presents cases to determine services and writes/implements service plans.
• Provides case management and monitors compliance.
• Manages program waiting lists and tracks expenditures.
