Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of two years of appropriate and related experience in a Human Services area.
• Work experience in a leadership role.
• Possession of a BSW or MSW degree and a Commonwealth of Virginia Social Worker license are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review court reports, service plans, assessments and investigations.
• Provides guidance, consultation and supervision to other staff in the absence of the supervisor.
• Assist in preparing court reports, home studies, service plans and CPS dispositions.
• Provides direct intervention and service delivery for difficult, complex social work cases.
