Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a chemistry/biochemistry professional to lead analysis, oversight of programs, and interpretation of complex data. You may design formulations for small molecules and biologics for early-stage trials and help optimize manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes SOP compliance and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a chemistry/biochemistry degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience; master's/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Master's or PhD degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with specialized programs or operations and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze chemistry/biochemistry programs and related practices.
• Interpret analytical data to guide formulation and process development decisions.
• Develop and transfer analytic methods for HPLC, GC, LC-MS, FTIR, and related tools.
• Lead staff, provide training and direction on analytical tests and instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP and GMP standards.
