Pace Analytical is seeking a chemistry/biochemistry professional to oversee analysis and compliance across multiple programs. You will interpret results, manage documentation, and advise on policies to support safe, effective operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in chemistry/biochemistry plus hands-on experience, with strong analytical, communication and project skills. Full-time and on-site in a lab environment with focused team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or closely related field.
• Two years of chemistry/biochemistry experience, including work with complex programs or operations.
• Continued employment requires active licenses and certificates maintained without suspension.

Responsibilities

• Provides intermediate to complex analysis on testing materials/products/devices using analytical instrumentation.
• Reviews, analyzes, interprets and documents testing results.
• Oversees or reviews chemistry/biochemistry forms, documents, databases and related information.
• Advises staff and management on chemistry/biochemistry policies, programs and practices; leads change.
• Responds to customer feedback and coordinates resources as required.
• Analyzes ongoing chemistry/biochemistry data to identify trends and present findings to management.
• Ensures accuracy of tests, equipment, procedures, and databases; resolves discrepancies.
