Job summary

Pace Analytical seeks a chemistry/biochemistry analyst in the United States to provide or oversee the analysis, administration and oversight of varied policies and practices, applying professional knowledge to materials, products and devices following established SOPs.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry and two years of related experience, with strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills to support management and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry and 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with complex programs or operations in chemistry/biochemistry.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and document testing results.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate to complex analysis using analytical instrumentation and following SOPs.
• Review, interpret and document testing results.
• Oversee chemistry/biochemistry documents and databases.
• Counsel staff and management on chemistry/biochemistry policies and programs.
• Coordinate resources and responses based on customer feedback.
• Analyze operations and present results and recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy of tests, equipment, and databases through audits.
• Assist with project objectives and budgets.
• Calibrate equipment and prepare samples.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to department goals.
