Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a Chemist/Biochemist to oversee standard chemistry/biochemistry policies, programs and testing. You will analyze samples, review results, calibrate equipment and ensure quality across procedures in a lab and office setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biochemistry and strong data interpretation, documentation and communication skills to support management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry, or a closely related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental chemistry/biochemistry testing using standard instrumentation.
• Review, analyze, interpret and document testing results.
• Audit and process chemistry/biochemistry forms, databases and related materials to ensure accuracy.
• Provide guidance on policies and programs to staff and leaders; involve standard operations.
• Handle customer feedback and coordinate resources for responses as required.
• Analyze data to identify trends, interpret findings, and present recommendations to management.
