Responsibilities

• Supervise technical, clerical, and service staff daily.
• Plan and schedule laboratory duties with Laboratory Manager.
• Assist technologists with technical problems and result interpretation.
• Ensure timely completion of work and proper inventory control.
• Maintain SOP manuals and required records/reports.
• Enforce safety policies and staff competency assessments.
• Ensure testing follows approved procedures and corrective actions are documented.
