Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is seeking a Lab Supervisor for Chemistry, Serology and Reference Lab Testing to lead a multi-department team and ensure accurate, timely testing.

The role requires an MLS-related degree with leadership experience; ASCP certification preferred; CLSI internship completion is ideal. You’ll oversee regulatory compliance, budgets, and cross-department collaboration in a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• ASCP certification preferred; exam eligibility may be required
• 5+ years of lab experience and leadership experience within a clinical lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Chemistry, Serology and Send-Out departments; coach staff and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure accurate, timely testing and uphold high clinical standards.
• Monitor and uphold regulatory and accreditation requirements including CAP.
• Champion quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize workflows and patient outcomes; manage budgets and resources.
