Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a highly experienced Chemical Systems Lead Technician to support and coordinate installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, startup, and commissioning of chemical distribution and process‑support systems for the TSMC project in Phoenix, Arizona.

This hands‑on leadership role requires directing chemical‑systems technicians and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and customers in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in chemical systems, industrial maintenance, semiconductor facilities, or related technical environments.
• Experience leading technicians, coordinating field crews, and training employees.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to read P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Follow and enforce structured safety procedures and documentation.
• Willingness to work onsite on the Phoenix, Arizona site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical direction and field support to chemical systems technicians and contractors.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, inspections, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Conduct pre-task planning, briefings, tool-box talks, and readiness reviews.
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Train and mentor technicians on operations, troubleshooting, and safe work practices.
• Communicate status, risks, and needs to supervisors and customer representatives.
• Lead equipment installation, startup, commissioning, testing, and turnover activities.
• Review drawings and specifications and identify deficiencies or deviations.
• Coordinate field troubleshooting with engineers, vendors, and technicians.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and ensure proper documentation of activities.
