Job summary
TSMC - Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited seeks a Facilities Gas and Chemical Supervisor to lead a multi-discipline shift team of gas, chemical, and slurry technicians in Phoenix, AZ. You will ensure process performance, safety, and on-time delivery while coordinating with factory customers and engineering support.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or management, 5+ years in facility maintenance at a large site, and strong CMMS/BMS/SCADA knowledge to optimize
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or management preferred.
- 5 years of facility maintenance experience in large-scale industrial campus.
- Experience with CMMS and BMS/SCADA systems.
- Understanding of gas, chemicals distribution systems.
- Willingness to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-discipline shift team of gas, chemical, and slurry technicians.
- Meet performance objectives and coordinate with module teams.
- Ensure safe and compliant operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Inspect facilities daily and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Lead RCA for interruptions or EHS incidents.
- Collaborate with maintenance to support off-shift needs.
- Foster strong relationships with factory customers.
