Job summary
TSMC Arizona is seeking experienced Gas and Chemical Technicians to join our Facilities team in Phoenix, AZ. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex gas and chemical distribution systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, contributing to cutting-edge semiconductor fabrication.
You must be capable of handling routine maintenance, safety protocols, and shift work, with opportunities for additional compensation for emergency response duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical college, associate degree or trade certificate highly preferred.
- Experience with process piping systems in industrial settings is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and control gas/chemical distribution systems.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and diagnostics.
- Execute container change-outs and rounds, logging readings and parameters.
- Draw process samples and perform pH and analytical testing.
- Adhere to safety policies and environmental regulations; report discrepancies.
- May participate in Emergency Response Team duties with compensation.
