Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in chemical engineering to supervise a team of engineers and designers. You will direct total project delivery, control cost and schedule, and ensure quality across multiple projects for varied clients in the United States.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, with a Bachelor or MSc in Chemical Engineering and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
• PMP registration highly preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality expectations.
• Manage commercial contracts on multiple projects and oversee project controls for cost, schedule and quality.
• Ensure timely invoicing, CN processing, and maintenance of project plans in Vision.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, goals and deliverables aligned with client needs.
• Promote positive client relations and proactive change management throughout the project lifecycle.
