Job summary

Compass Group USA Eurest division in Pasadena seeks a Senior Chef Manager to oversee back and front of house operations, develop menus, manage inventory and control costs. You will lead a culinary program that delivers high-quality meals in corporate dining environments.

The role requires five years of progressive culinary management, HACCP knowledge, strong leadership and financial reporting experience. ServSafe certification is a plus, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• P&L and financial reporting experience.
• Knowledge of budgets, labor costs, inventory controls.
• Strong leadership, coaching and training skills.
• ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Manages front and back of house operations.
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
