Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Must possess a passion for excellence and strong leadership.
• P&L and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back and front of house operations.
• Maintain sanitation standards and safety programs.
• Menu development, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
