Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Experience working in a K-8 academic environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food.
• P&L and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back and front of house operations.
• Develop menus and manage inventory and purchasing.
• Control labor costs and food costs.
• Ensure sanitation standards.
