Eurest, the Compass Group corporate dining division, seeks a Senior Chef Manager to oversee multiple dining locations in Aurora, CO. This role blends strategic culinary leadership with operational excellence, driving guest satisfaction, food quality, and financial accountability across campuses.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who develops teams, manages procurement, and ensures HACCP compliance while partnering with campus stakeholders to deliver innovative dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and training skills.
• Knowledge of budgets, labor costs, inventory controls.
• ServSafe or DOH certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
• Participates in employee meetings and training programs.
• Conducts safety, sanitation and maintenance programs.
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards.
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
