Mercy is seeking a skilled HIM/Finance professional to build and maintain the Charge Master (CDM) across Mercy facilities, ensuring accurate submission, reimbursement and compliance with government billing regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and the EPIC project team for implementations and ongoing maintenance post-EPIC deployment.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HIM/Finance/Nursing, CPC/RHIA/RHIT/RN, EPIC certification within 2 years, and experience in acute care
Formación
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in Health Information Management, Finance or related field.
- Significant CDM experience in acute care and payor-specific requirements.
- EPIC experience preferred; EPIC certification within 2 years of hire.
- Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with MedAssets revenue products.
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain the Charge Master (CDM) across Mercy facilities to ensure accurate submission and reimbursement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and revenue teams and the EPIC project team for implementations.
- Maintain compliance with governmental billing regulations and post-EPIC support.
