• Facilitate CPT/HCPCS and revenue code assignments for the Charge Master.
• Develop and maintain CDM policies and pricing updates.
• Mentor and manage Charge Master Analysts; conduct performance reviews.
• Provide updates to leadership on staffing, issues, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Revenue Integrity, RCO, and department managers to maximize revenue.
