Responsibilities

• Maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM) and ensure accurate charge capture across departments.
• Provide training and education on all charges for services to staff.
• Coordinate new/updated CDM requests for departments, rooms and beds.
• Communicate CMS and local/Federal rules affecting charging and CDM processes.
• Collaborate with APC Coordinators to resolve CDM billing issues.
