UF Health Jacksonville seeks a strategic leader to manage the Pastoral Care department and implement policies that actively support a patient-centered care environment across the Downtown, North, and Durbin campuses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), ordination, and experience with supervision in healthcare. Strong communication, spiritual care, and empathetic leadership are essential to guide staff toward compassionate care.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred (HCA, MBA or M.Div.).
• Ordination and ecclesiastical endorsement preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Five years in a healthcare setting.

• Manage the Pastoral Care department and staff.
