Qualifications

• Master of Divinity or equivalent from an accredited theological institution.
• BCC - Board Certified Chaplain required.
• 1 year of residency preferred.
• 0-1 years of healthcare spiritual care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual and emotional care to patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support holistic needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and spiritual counseling during trauma or loss.
• Facilitate rituals and sacraments as requested by patients or families.
• Document spiritual care encounters in the EMR per policy.
• Maintain cultural and religious inclusivity in care.
• Support employee well-being through spiritual debriefings and conversations.
