Job summary

• Master's degree in Theology or related field; Chaplain preferred.
• 3 years of applicable job-specific experience with 2 in leadership; 5 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Catholic faith; experience leading across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor chaplains and volunteers across sites.
• Integrate emotional and spiritual support into bedside care and ethics.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic healing with clinical leadership.
