Responsibilities

• Lead chaplaincy staff and volunteers with training, inclusivity, and policy compliance.
• Develop and supervise worship, religious education, and events for inmates and staff.
• Provide pastoral care through interviews and crisis support for inmates.
• Handle scheduling, volunteer coordination, inmate requests, and grievances.
• Recruit, train, and supervise citizen volunteers with accurate records.
• Ensure impartial training without bias in accordance with laws and policies.

Education
