Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant business field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics and experimentation.
• Strong analytical capability with data analysis tools (e.g., Adobe, Analytics, Tableau).
• Executive communication to present insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Expand channel strategy to meet LOB priorities and targets.
• Share recommendations and best practices through playbooks and analytics.
• Partner with CSO teams to align marketing plans and experiments.
• Enhance default strategy for better customer experience and incremental business.
• Assess LOB performance across channel, page, placement, and funnel levels.
• Govern channel pages, placements, experiments, and revisions.
• Create executive-level presentations to socialize insights and decisions.
• Collaborate to create governance playbooks and end-to-end processes.
• Dive into campaign strategies to optimize targeting, creative, and frequency.
• Monitor weekly/monthly results to detect changes and root causes.
• Integrate AI and automation to reduce manual operations in workflows.
