Job summary

AMD's Systems Channel Operations Analyst supports the Americas Systems Channel by delivering operational insights, reporting, and processes that drive growth through distributors, resellers, and other channel partners selling AMD-powered platforms.

This role partners with the sales leader to transform data into action, monitor sell-thru and inventory, support planning and SIP discussions, and deliver dashboards that inform quarterly reviews and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in channel operations, business operations, analytics, or sales operations.
• Experience supporting channel partners like distributors or resellers.
• Strong understanding of channel economics and performance indicators.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sell-thru, sell-out, inventory, and partner performance data across the Americas.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities within the systems channel.
• Evaluate forecast assumptions using pipeline, inventory, sell-thru, historical performance, and partner inputs.
• Develop recurring business insights and recommendations for channel leadership.
• Support quarterly and annual business planning activities.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor channel performance.
