Job summary

CIQ is seeking a Senior Channel Manager to own channel-led revenue as an individual contributor. You will recruit new channel partners, enable existing ones, and manage distributor relationships to drive sourced and influenced revenue.

You will work with direct sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategy with CIQ’s portfolio, with a focus on peers across enterprise infrastructure and open source solutions. This is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in channel, partner, or alliances sales, ideally in infrastructure, open source, or enterprise software.
• A track record of personally building partner relationships that produced real revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit channel partners (resellers, VARs, SIs, MSPs) aligned with CIQ’s portfolio.
• Enable partners through seller/SE enablement, joint planning, and demand-gen coordination.
• Manage distributor relationships, margins, and incentive structures to extend reach.
• Define partner program mechanics: tiers, deal registration, margins, enablement, and metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and product teams on co-sell and market signals.
• Forecast and manage a channel-sourced and influenced pipeline.
