Job summary

Guidacent seeks a Senior Change Readiness and Training Specialist to support a Pacific Northwest retail client. The role focuses on preparing people, processes, and technology for changes across merchandising programs and initiatives.

The candidate will assess organizational readiness, develop change, communication, and training strategies, and advocate for employees during technology and process implementations. Collaboration with leaders and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional change management experience, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, leadership engagement, and adoption measurement.
• At least three years designing and delivering change or training materials.
• At least three years scoping, designing, and delivering change activities for business transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale initiatives within complex organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead change readiness activities for large-scale initiatives and assess adoption risks.
• Develop change management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Create clear, audience-specific communications and training materials.
• Facilitate discussions with executives and impacted teams and coach leaders on change.
• Define metrics for readiness, adoption, and training effectiveness.
