Job summary

North Highland seeks an Organizational Change Manager for an 8-month contract in the Portland metro area to drive readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning within the retail and consumer products practice.

You will own readiness, sponsor engagement, and adoption activities for your scope, ensuring leaders and users are prepared to embrace new ways of working. This role is onsite four days a week in the Portland area.

Qualifications

• Enterprise change or transformation leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and impact assessment experience.
• Experience building readiness, adoption, and reinforcement plans.
• Experience working in complex, global, or matrixed environments.
• Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop change and adoption plans aligned to the implementation roadmap.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments.
• Activate leaders, sponsors, and change networks.
• Define and monitor readiness and adoption indicators.
• Coordinate with program, communications, learning, business, technology, and analytics partners.
• Own the adoption strategy for assigned scope while partnering with program leadership on the broader delivery plan.
