Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Project Manager — Change Management in Seattle, WA to lead complex enterprise initiatives from initiation to adoption, delivering business outcomes.

You will integrate project management with change management, partner with executives, manage risk, governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation and sustained benefits.

Minimum eight years in leading complex projects; PMP or CCMP preferred; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressively responsible experience leading complex projects or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience delivering cross-functional work in a large, complex, evolving organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans and drive outcomes through influence.
• Strong stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessment, communication planning, training coordination, adoption measurement, and resistance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure with clear scope, governance, plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and decision rights.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans and maintain accountability for delivery, issue resolution, and measurable business outcomes.
• Assess organizational impacts and stakeholder readiness, develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption through engagement, communications, training, leadership alignment, and reinforcement.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams; facilitate decisions, surface tradeoffs, and maintain alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
