Job summary

Cvent in Tysons, VA is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Change Leader to drive process improvement across our business applications. You’ll orchestrate process redesign, document current flows, and align stakeholders to strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10+ years of experience, strong communication, and mastery of SDLC/Agile methodologies. You’ll manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in a high-growth, SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems/Finance/Business.
• 6-10+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience in process documentation and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with schedule discipline and deadline orientation.
• Experience with SDLC, PMI and/or Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of On premise/Cloud/SAAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage process redesign and change management projects for our internal project portfolio across our business applications.
• Prepare project plans/status reports and track progress on the projects.
• Document current business process flows and problem statements.
• Facilitate cross functional/interdepartmental requirements gathering and solution design.
• Contribute by being a strategic advisor on projects and understanding industry best practices.
• Coordinate and manage application support with vendors and external consultants.
