UT Health San Antonio is seeking a seasoned Change Management lead to guide organizational change across project lifecycles. You will analyze impacts, design testing and training, and mentor junior staff to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

You will also act as Communications Manager, delivering plans and media across SharePoint, websites, blogs and social channels, while driving continuous improvement in messaging and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of organizational change management, training development, or testing / software quality assurance experience is required.
• Experience with ADKAR or equivalent change methodology.
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Experience with project management strategies and multi-project priorities.

• Leads all aspects of organizational change management across project life cycles to prepare for implementation, testing, training and communications.
• Leads project teams in analyzing impact of changes in business processes and technology.
• Develops and executes testing plans for enterprise applications and upgrades.
• Mentors team members on change management best practices and career development.
• Serves as Communications Manager on enterprise projects and delivers plans and materials.
• Produces change communications via SharePoint, websites, blogs and social media.
• Maintains knowledge repositories and implements continuous improvement for communications.
