• Experience conducting change impact, stakeholder, and organizational readiness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide change management support for major initiatives to prep the workforce for changes.
• Work with project teams to incorporate change management activities into the project plan.
• Evaluate and measure results of change management strategies and present findings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders including management and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with project managers to evaluate vendors, contractors or products meeting project needs.
• Identify and incorporate industry best practices and internal lessons learned into methodology.
• Develop tailored change management approaches and tactics for complex initiatives.
