Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in organizational change or related fields.
• 3+ years leading people, including hiring and coaching.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent change initiatives for enterprise technology or digital transformation.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written and oral instructions.
• Ability to sit for 8 hours with standard vision requirements.
• Travel overnight may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of change initiatives for marketing tech, digital products, and enterprise projects.
• Supervise and develop Change Management Managers with coaching and development opportunities.
• Allocate departmental resources across initiatives to meet timelines and priorities.
• Establish standards, governance, templates, and quality expectations for change delivery.
• Partner with executives to align change strategies with organizational priorities.
• Monitor readiness, adoption metrics, and performance indicators to identify risks and take corrective actions.
• Review engagement plans, training, and readiness activities for quality and consistency.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment and continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance change management capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Represent Change Management on cross-functional committees and special projects.
• Conduct business professionally to support customers and company profitability.
• Travel overnight as needed.

Eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in organizational change management, organizational development, project management, business transformation, or a related discipline

Three (3) or more years of experience leading people, including responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development

Experience managing multiple concurrent organizational change initiatives supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation programs

Experience developing departmental processes, governance standards, resource plans, and operational metrics
