Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Senior Change Management Manager in Arlington, TX to lead a portfolio of organizational change initiatives across marketing technology, digital products, and enterprise transformation efforts.

The role supervises Change Management Managers, aligns strategies with executive priorities, and ensures scalable change management practices across multiple programs. Travel overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in organizational change management, organizational development, project management, business transformation, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience leading people, including hiring, coaching, performance management and employee development
• Experience managing multiple concurrent organizational change initiatives supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of organizational change initiatives across marketing technology and enterprise projects
• Supervise and develop Change Management Managers with coaching and professional development
• Allocate departmental resources across initiatives to meet business needs and timelines
• Establish standards, governance, templates, and quality expectations for change management
• Partner with executive leadership to align change strategies with priorities
• Monitor readiness, adoption metrics, and performance indicators to identify risks and take corrective actions
• Review strategies and readiness activities for quality and consistency
• Foster a collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement
• Represent the Change Management function on cross-functional committees and leadership meetings
• Travel overnight as required
