You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and help drive sprint goals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role requires strong collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders, solid Scrum knowledge, and the ability to remove impediments. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in digital fields.
• Experience on software and/or mobile app development projects.
• Hands-on experience applying Scrum/Agile in cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and iterative delivery.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong technical and software development process knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to support Agile execution.
• Promote Agile processes and continuous improvement.
• Support backlog readiness and prioritization to align with objectives.
• Identify and track impediments and escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain Agile metrics and dashboards for transparency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment and decisions.
• Drive release planning and dependency management.
• Support Product Owner and Delivery Team to meet sprint goals.
• Communicate blockers, dependencies, and risks clearly.
