Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a manager-level professional to support project delivery activities for Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies. The role provides guidance in financial management, accounting, budget, audit readiness, data analysis, and business process improvement while partnering with Public Sector Practice leaders on business development and project delivery.

The candidate will manage client relationships, contribute to strategy meetings, and help drive problem solving and knowledge

Qualifications

Four (4) or more years of accounting, finance, business, operations, technology, management, or analysis experience.
Public Sector experience and security clearance may be preferred.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and client communications.

Responsibilities

Delivers a full range of services serving BDO's public sector client base.
Assists with firm practice, solution, and business development initiatives.
Supports or leads tasks with engagement team management and client leadership on strategy, planning, execution, status, and review.
Supports clients with financial, budgetary, IT, and operational transformation initiatives.
Communicates with team management through status reporting and ownership of tasks.
